Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo fountain pen ink is a dark shade of blue that leans toward blue-black, and comes as a 4ml sample in a plastic vial with a dip at the bottom to allow you to easily get every drop, labeled with the name of the ink brand and color. Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo is inspired by the night sky, dimly illuminated by moonlight.
