Colby Fountain Pen - Brown Swirl, Steel Fine Nib (2026-0617-63)

Colby lever fill fountain pen in brown swirl plastic with gold plated trim. Gold plated steel fine nib. Clear visulated section. Lever filling only fills from the bottle. In excellent condition but some spread to lever area. Restored and ready to write.

Please Note: We recommend using Waterman Inks with this pen. The use of other modern inks, or inks with shimmer, may hamper the filling system and writing qualities of the pen. Also, if you use pen flush to clean your pens, make sure to use a non-ammonia based solution, since ammonia based solutions will not only shorten the life span of latex diaphragms and sacs but can also damage solid gold nibs. The use of inks other than what we recommend or ammonia based pen flush, will void any warranty that we offer. If you have any questions, please contact us.

All Japanese Pen Nibs are graded as the manufacturer intended, which means that they will be finer than western counterparts (e.g. Japanese Medium is more like a Western Fine, Japanese Fine is more like an Western Extra Fine, etc.).
