Parker Bicentennial Independence Hall Special Edition ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil desk set. New Old Stock in original box and outer sleeve with pewter desk base with a sample of cedar wood used in Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Never used with original blank engraving plate and instructions. Outer sleeve cardboard is beginning to tear.
