Jacques Herbin 1670 Violet Imperial Ink Sample (4ml Vial)

Jacques Herbin 1670 Violet Imperial fountain pen ink is a bright shade of purple with gold shimmer particles and comes as a 4ml sample in a plastic vial with a dip at the bottom to allow you to easily get every drop, labeled with the name of the ink brand and color.

Jacques Herbin does include a fairly strict warning on the box, letting users know to clean out this highly saturated ink from your pen on a regular basis, but the ink is safe for fountain pens. The shimmer particles settle out of suspension fairly quickly, and these particles can be seen on the bottom of the bottle. The ink, and your pen, should be gently agitated before, and occasionally during, use for best results.
