Description The Edison Cumberland Comet fountain pen features a deep burgundy and black swirling acrylic resin barrel and cap, with a contrasting smoke translucent cap finial, and has silver-plated trim and a #6 steel nib engraved with the Edison logo. The design uses the cap finial as the largest part of this model, tapering from this point all the way to the end of the barrel. The finial has been made from a translucent material that represents a comet. The rest of the pen tapers to the end of the barrel, representing the comet’s tail. The Edison Comet will allow the cap to post onto the barrel of the pen while you are writing. Edison pens are made in the USA in Milan, Ohio. The Edison Comet fountain pen comes packaged in a clamshell box with a standard international converter for use with bottled ink. Short standard international cartridges are available as well. The nib options for the pen range from steel EF through Broad, plus 1.1mm, 1.5mm stub sizes and also steel Extra Fine Flex and Fine Flex options.
